(2) PARKING/VEHICLES: Recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, and jet skis are not allowed to be parked in the Apartment Community without the prior written consent of Manager. Inoperable, unlicensed, abandoned or unsightly vehicles are not permitted in or around the Apartment Community and may be towed at vehicle owner’s expense. Vehicle washing and/or repairing will not be allowed on the property, except in areas/facilities designated by Manager, where applicable. Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the Apartment Community unless previously authorized by Manager. All vehicles must be identified by current valid license plates, registration and inspection stickers. Vehicles belonging to Resident and their guests may not park in unauthorized areas. Vehicles not in conformance with these regulations may be subject to towing at Resident’s or the vehicle owner's expense. Please contact the leasing office to report any parking violations. All vehicles parked under covered parking and in numbered parking spaces MUST display a permit. • Any vehicle parked under covered parking or in a numbered space that does not display a valid permit from the rearview mirror will be towed and the owner’s/operator’s expense. • The number on the permit must match the space in which the vehicle is parked, and permits must be displayed from the rearview mirror, facing forward. Any violation will cause the vehicle to be towed at the owner’s/operator’s expense. • By signing below, I acknowledge my understanding of the above referenced policy. I also confirm receipt of the permit for my assigned parking space. I further understand that I will be charged a fee of $25.00 if I need to replace the permit for any reason.
